There was no additional charge for set up or shipping, even though they were purolated to our house in time for our party. I discovered Bold Merchandise through their website. Upon visiting the website, I could tell that this company was sharp. Their easy to follow, informative website gave me a good idea of the products they sell. And so of the over a dozen websites that I visited, i requested information from this company. Matt responded to my request promptly, and within a few days I found myself in his office. Since his first email to receiving the shirts, I was treated with respect and impeccable service. Also, I don't think that I could've gotten a better deal anywhere else. They researched well to find me the best deal. The logo on the shirts came out perfect. Great service with a smile - that's what you'll get. We've already ordered from them again and we're looking forward to seeing our new shirts.
